Responsibilities The RN Quality Management Coordinator supports quality improvement initiatives by assisting with regulatory and accreditation compliance, promoting safe and effective clinical practices, and contributing to operational improvements that enhance patient care outcomes. Responsibilities include providing education and training to clinical staff, participating in competency assessments, supporting process improvement efforts, and assisting with clinical risk management activities. This role serves as a clinical resource and contributes to department initiatives as needed. Qualifications Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience• 3 years of nursing, clinical quality, patient safety, compliance, or healthcare administration experience required• Ambulatory practice compliance, operations, and training experience preferred Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required• DL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Health System required CHS HealthStream Course• BAC - Basic Arrhythmia Course preferred Disclaimers
