Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level **Job Summary** In this job, you'll work closely with vendors to align services with key strategies. You'll supervise agreements and performance. Build exceptional relationships with key stakeholders like team members and senior management. **Essential Functions of the Role** + You will manage projects in different areas, like program changes, education efforts, operations, and vendor transition for efficient operations. + Merging partnerships and finding cost-effective solutions for program delivery. + Consulting with all levels of the organization regarding business and employee needs. **Key Success Factors** + Resilience in managing several tasks simultaneously and adaptability in responding to time pressures. + Proficiency in understanding, enhancing, and documenting complex procedures. + Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written formats. + Knowledge of basic computer functions includes using software, entering data, and protecting information security.
