\nJob Summary
\nIn this job, you'll work closely with vendors to align services with key strategies. You'll supervise agreements and performance. Build exceptional relationships with key stakeholders like team members and senior management.
\nEssential Functions of the Role
\n\nYou will manage projects in different areas, like program changes, education efforts, operations, and vendor transition for efficient operations.\nMerging partnerships and finding cost-effective solutions for program delivery.\nConsulting with all levels of the organization regarding business and employee needs.\n\nKey Success Factors
\n\nResilience in managing several tasks simultaneously and adaptability in responding to time pressures.\nProficiency in understanding, enhancing, and documenting complex procedures.\nExcellent communication skills both in verbal and written formats.\nKnowledge of basic computer functions includes using software, entering data, and protecting information security. Documenting medical records, scanning devices, and emailing.\n\nBelonging Statement

Qualifications
\n\nMust hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Nursing.\nA minimum of three (3) years of relevant nursing experience is required.\nLicensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory.\nBasic Life Support certification (BLS) within the first (30) thirty days of employment.\n\n\nPREFERRED: Nursing experience in acute care with Spine Surgery experience.
