Provides leadership in managing and directing the program and is responsible for implementing and growing program internally and externally. Is responsible for operational roll out and day to day oversight of the program. Coordinates outreach, oversees data management, conducts data analyses and reporting out of program results, leading improvement activities with all stakeholders. Acts as liaison and manages relationships, ensuring satisfactory execution of all components of the program. Pay Range is $87.42 to $114.52 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
