RN Pediatric Nurse Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated **RN Pediatric Nurse Manager** within our **pediatric nursing home health care** team to lead our clinical team and ensure excellence in care delivery. **Our main office is located in Mount Laurel.** **Position Summary:** The RN Pediatric Nurse Manager oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of pediatric home care services. This role ensures that all care provided meets clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. The RN Pediatric Nurse Manager will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, managing care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong relationships with patients and their families. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and supervise a team of registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and other field staff, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care is consistently delivered + Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including patient assignments, and case load oversight + Perform initial patient assessments, including home safety evaluations, and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and families + Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to care plans, nursing standards, and regulatory guidelines + Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g., CMS) + Participate in performance evaluations, corrective actions, and staff development plans for nursing personnel + Provide clinical guidance and support to field staff for complex cases or emergency situations + Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and administrative departments to support smooth patient transitions and service coordination + Lead and/or participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and care team meetings + Serve as a clinical liaison with physicians, specialists, schools, therapists, and external case managers + Ensure proper implementation of infection control, medication safety, and emergency protocols in the home setting + Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new clinical staff + Maintain current knowledge of pediatric conditions, treatments, and home care trends through continuing education **Qualifications:** + Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license (required) + Minimum of 2 years nursing experience + Prior experience in clinical supervision or nurse management a plus but not required! + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills + Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties + Trach / vent experience or an interest in learning! **Why You'll Love This Opportunity:** + **Award-Winning Workplace:** Proud to be recognized by Newsweek as a Best Place to Work for Diversity, reflecting our commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment. + **Weekly Pay** – Consistent weekly paychecks to keep your finances on track. + **Comprehensive Benefits** – Medical, dental, vision, and more — we've got you covered + **Work-Life Balance** – Enjoy a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule. + **Career Growth** – Advancement opportunities to help you grow in your nursing career. + **Nonprofit Organization** – As a mission-driven nonprofit, BAYADA offers eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program to help reduce student loan debt. **Salary-** $80,000- $90,000/ year depending on qualifications **\#LIRX #BAYADA-RN-RX** **As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.** BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
