Salary: $3059 / Week Premier Health - Dawson Miami Valley Hospital Specialty /Modality Registered Nurse - Stepdown PCU (Inpatient) Facility Address 110 N. Main St. Dayton, OH 45402 MSP/VMS Dawson Healthcare Solutions / LotusOne Assignment Length Manager Preference: 12 weeks; 13 weeks ACCEPTED - 6 weekends Schedule NIGHTSHIFT 7p-730a 48 hours For 48-hour contract, OT is billed after 48 hours Every other weekend, every other holiday NO BLOCK SCHEDULING Assignment Details High acuity, fast-paced step-down unit. Needs good time management skills. Excellent critical thinking skills, cardiac monitor interpretation, Ventilator/trach experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, manage chest tubes, drains, NIH Stroke Certification, Cardiac drips. Patient Population: DKA, GI bleed, COPD, Pneumonia, Stroke, Sepsis, Urology complications. Ratio's: 1:5 Daily Census: 23 / 23 beds EXCLUSIVE to Amergis? No Bill Rates $87/Hr OT Bill Rate X1.5 ($130.50/Hr) On Call Bill / On Call Pay On Call Bill rate = $6.00/hr On Call PAY rate = $3.00/hr Call Back Bill / Call Back Pay Call Back Bill = Regular Bill rate + $10 Call Back PAY = 1.5x regular hourly rate /hr *If HCP is CALLED BACK we BILL + PAY a MINIMUM of 2 hrs Holiday Bill Rate / Pay Rate Regular Bill + $10 ; 11p day before until 11p day of holiday / Pay OT rate Discount 4% - already factored into pay packages Additional Burden Yes – VMS / Non Maxview client (2% internal burden) Non Bill Orientation 0 – orientation is billed 100% 24 hours total of orientation Billing process Biweekly billing schedule; reverse invoices required File Due Date 7 days prior to start date (Monday before start) Cancelation Policy Facility can cancel 1 shift per 2 wks (no bill/no pay) FDI Emailed to local office to be relayed to recruiter/NRM to be sent to HCP Time Tracking Kronos – HCP will badge in/out for all shifts and breaks, HCP will email recruiter/NRM full print out of Kronos report (including all shift dates, punch in + out times visible + HCP name visible) Scrub Color Navy Blue Orientation dates Biweekly Monday start dates Trauma Level Level 1 Trauma # Beds per unit 31 EMR EPIC Covid Vax Accepts Medical and Religious exemptions – snap ticket must be submitted upon offer acceptance Flu Vax REQUIRED – No Exemptions MINIMUM experience required to submit 2 yrs experience + any specifics listed in the VMS per position Must have EPIC experience Must have vent experience Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment. BLS, ACLS required, NIHSS preferred - must be able to read and interpret strips IV Start Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed. Minimum 2 years' experience in a large hospital; level 1 preferred will accept level 2 experience.
