**Responsibilities** As our OR Circulator Nurse at CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you’ll apply your nursing knowledge and skills in the OR and it doesn’t stop there. Most patients never realize the part you played in getting them through one of their most vulnerable moments. Honoring your commitment to care for others is thanks enough. You will utilize the nursing process to identify patient needs and priorities of care through assessment, planning, and delegation of care based on patient needs, therapeutic interventions, and evaluation of the patient's response. Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization.
