Why Join the Endoscopy North Team? + Clinic-like setting with daytime hours and no overnight shifts + Collaborative, procedure-focused care alongside physicians and providers + Structured workflow supporting a strong work-life balance + Team-based culture where your voice and skills matter What We’re Looking For: + Licensed RN in Montana or compact state (required) + Two (2) years of nursing experience preferred, especially in outpatient, surgical, or procedural settings + Current BLS (CPR) required; ACLS and PALS may be required (training available within 6 months of hire) + Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills + Professional, compassionate communication style + Comfort using electronic health records and related technology What You’ll Do: + Perform thorough patient assessments and coordinate individualized care plans + Support procedures, administer medications, and provide pre- and post-procedure education + Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care + Proactively identify safety concerns and ensure a safe patient environment + Contribute to team training, education, and clinical competencies + Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and families Why Logan Health? Shift: Day Shift - 10 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
