Our attentive medical team provides compassionate prenatal, postpartum, and annual care for women. We are located on the Logan Health campus in the Medical Arts Building at 210 Sunnyview Lane in scenic Kalispell, Montana. Why consider this opportunity? + No weekends or holidays! + 12% PRN differential pay + 401(k) with generous employer match + Fitness center membership discount + A supportive, mission-driven culture focused on quality and compassion What you'll be doing: + Providing prenatal education and supporting patient care + Rooming patients and taking vital signs + Performing blood draws and cervical swabs + Assisting with gynecological procedures such as IUDs and implants + Performing fetal Dopplers and non-stress tests + Preparing charts, reviewing schedules, and prepping for procedures + Monitoring and maintaining supplies, including checking for outdated items + Responding to emergent needs and concerns referred from triage + Collaborate with an interdiscipinary team of physicians, midwives, LPNs, Medical Assistants and RNs to provide excellence in patient care. Whether you have previous OB/GYN or midwifery clinic experience or a passion to learn and grow, you’re ready to support patients with compassion and professionalism every step of the way. What you'll bring: + Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. + Current HCP CPR certification required. + Minimum of two (2) years’ nursing experience preferred. + Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills + Ability to adapt to changing clinic needs + Strong organizational and critical thinking skills + Prior OB/GYN or midwifery clinic experience preferred, but not required. Join us in continuing to offer exceptional women’s healthcare to our community! Shift: Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America) Schedule: PRN, 8-hour shifts between Monday - Friday. Days of the week may vary. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs. Pay rates and scheduling practices may vary by department.
