RN - Outpatient Cardiology Per Diem

**Description:**
**Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group** is looking for an **RN** to join our **Outpatient** **Cardiology** team.
You would be responsible for providing higher level clinical support to the health care team by providing superior nursing care services to patients in accordance with established R.N. job standards, policies, and procedures.
**What you will do:**
+ Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively
+ Communicates effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family members
+ Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.
+ Understanding of computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
+ Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Graduate of an accredited R.N. program
+ CPR required
+ Current CT R.N. license
+ Three (3) to four (4) years of related clinical and/or hospital experience, or previous experience in a hospital or ambulatory care setting preferred.
+ Familiarity with computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), e-mail, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office. Demonstrated teamwork and communication (written and verbal) skills; demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to organize, analyze and interpret clinical data. High level of dependability and accuracy required
+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
