Job Summary
The Orthopedic Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations and program development of the orthopedic service line, including sports medicine, total joint, and spine programs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by coordinating between surgeons, hospital administration, and staff. The Coordinator is responsible for program management, process improvement, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, contributing to the overall success of the orthopedic program.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred 4-6 years clinical experience in Orthopedic Nursing or Rehabilitation, including efficiency in implementing the joint protocols from pre-admission through discharge for patients requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of orthopedic care practices, including sports medicine, total joint, and spine surgery. Effective leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration. Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and drive improvements. Familiarity with regulatory standards, including The Joint Commission (TJC), and quality improvement processes. Proficiency in patient education, care planning, and program development.Licenses and Certifications
