RN Nurse Supervisor – Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital, Haverhill, MA
2nd shift | Full-Time or Part-Time
Every other weekend required
Differentials: $8 weekday, $10 weekend
Sign On Bonus - $5,000 FT, $2500 PT

Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Haverhill is seeking experienced and confident RN Nurse Supervisors to help lead our patient care team on evening and overnight shifts. This leadership role blends hands-on patient care with supervisory responsibility, ensuring that our clinical teams deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care. You’ll be supported by a clinical leadership team that values your input, respects your experience, and empowers you to make a difference.

We offer both full-time and part-time options, with weekend rotations built into the schedule.
 
What You’ll Do:Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift, ensuring high standards of care and strong teamworkOversee patient care plans and clinical execution on the floor, maintaining compliance with hospital policies and nursing protocolsAct as the on-site clinical leader in the absence of department heads during your shiftCollaborate with the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services to manage staffing, patient flow, and care prioritiesEnsure a safe, well-stocked, and responsive clinical environmentProvide mentorship and guidance to nurses and assist with performance feedbackWork with Cardiology, Neurology, Telemetry, Critical Care & Wound Care
What We’re Looking For:A current Massachusetts RN licenseBSN preferred, but not required3–5 years of experience in rehabilitation, geriatric, or hospital nursingPrior supervisory or charge nurse experience is a major plusACLS and BLS certifications (BLS for adult, child, and infant required)Knowledge of patient development across the lifespan—from adolescents to older adultsA calm, capable demeanor in high-pressure clinical situations
