**Overview** We are looking for a **Nurse Preceptor** to join our team. **RN - Nurse Preceptor - Hospice - FT - PA East & NJ Territory** **_A company fleet car is provided for eligible employees._** **_+ Hospice Case Management Experience Preferred_** **_+ Home Care Home Base EMR Experience Strongly Preferred_** **- This is a Regional Travel position.** **- Territory Includes offices in PA & NJ:** ** Blue Bell, Bala Cynwyd, Chadds Ford, Trevose, PA and Clementon, Northfield, Piscataway, NJ.** This position reports to the AVPO and is responsible for providing high interaction with patients as well as new hire clinicians during hospice visits. + Facilitates the learning experience to allow preceptees to perform competently in their required responsibilities.
