**RN-Manager - 6T - Medsurg unit at Samaritan Hospital- Fulltime**
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily operations and throughput of surgery patients. The role would encompass:
- Leadership accountabilities of interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations and performance management.
- Managing staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing level.
- Ensuring staff compliance with hospital policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines,
- Monitoring and nursing accountability of outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with physicians on resolving issues and participate in committee meetings
- Policy review and revisions.
- Adherence to budget guidelines and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Five plus years of experience in Medical Surgical
- Critical care experience preferred
- Previous lead or supervisory experience

Pay range : $48.50 - $64.70
