They work with staff to implement programs for professional development and continuous learning. The focus is promoting practices that improve patient outcomes organization-wide. It fosters growth, learning, and practical knowledge in healthcare. **Essential Functions of the Role** + You'll assess target audience needs, considering current issues and trends. + Validate these needs with stakeholders.
