We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to:
Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families.
Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the pediatric oncology patient population.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Bring their expertise in working with pediatric oncology patients.
