The role you'll contribute:

The Womens Services Manager is the designated leader for a specific nursing unit. Responsible for the patient population and assigned staff. The Womens Services Manager plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the unit activities. Provides direction, support and guidance to the charge nurses and nursing team in their development both clinically and managerially. Twenty-four-hour accountability.
