RN Manager- Resident Services- Hawthorne Ridge
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** Posting Hawthorne Ridge has an opportunity for a full time Nurse Manager of Resident Services working full time days! The Manager of Resident Services is the primary manager of The Terrace operation, providing services and care to all residents—including those requiring memory care—in accordance with the facility’s stated purpose and SPHP’s mission and values. This role ensures that specialized support is delivered to residents with cognitive impairments, fostering a safe and compassionate environment. Additionally, the Manager will assist the Executive Director with the overall management of the Campus, continuing to uphold high standards of care and services for all residents, including memory care, in the Executive Director’s absence. Will work with Resident Council to stay informed of resident concerns, and to introduce new programs, and policies. The facility managers 66 residents between memory care and assisted living units. Minimum requirements: + Current and valid New York state RN license + Associates Degree in Nursing + 3+ years of experience as a RN + 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role Preferred requirements: + Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing + 1+ years of recent experience in Assisted living + Ability to work with diverse populations + Ability to work and engage with multiple teams + Ability to communicate well in a fast pace environment Pay range: $86,216 per year- $129,376 per year Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
