nursing care for our patients. You will assess patient, family and staff
learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education, patient intervention
and promote effective working relationships.
This Clinical Nurse
II of Interventional Radiology in involved in collaborating with an
interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a
care plan for pre/intra/post-operative areas for our ambulatory interventional
radiology procedures and assist with other radiology modalities as required.
Additionally, the position includes providing patient and family education,
participating in research projects and quality initiatives to ensure safe
continuity of care. This position also includes on call responsibilities.
Salary range: $62.43 - $92.81 Hourly
Qualifications
+ BSN or MSN - required
+ Current valid California RN license - required
+ At least 3 years of recent Adult Acute Care ICU, Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology procedural experience - required
+ Pediatric experience - strongly preferred
+ ACLS, BCLS and PALS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association - required
+ CRN or CCRN Certificate - preferred
+ Strong IV Skills - strongly preferred
+ Ability to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff
+ Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments
+ Ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
+ Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire
