Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire or within the first year of employment + ONS Chemo/Bio course completion within two years of hire + One year of current acute care RN experience.
