RN- Hospice Home Care Evening Shift

**Job Description:**
Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care and hospice care (if applicable at location) of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions.

+ $15K for BSN
+ $10K for ADN
(some restrictions apply)
Qualifications:
+ **RN license in Minnesota**
+ **Minimum of 1-year clinical nursing experience.**
+ **1 year of end of life/Hospice experience preferred.**
+ **1 years ICU experience** **preferred**
+ **Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from the date of hire.**

**Compensation Range:** $42.04 - $64.29 / hour

**Weekends:** Yes, 1st and 4th with call
