This is a part time (32 hours/week) position supporting hospice patients in Santa Rosa and surrounding areas.

The Hospice Registered Nurse provides prescribed nursing care service to Hospice patients and their families in a home setting, Respite Care Facility (RCFE) or a skilled nursing facility setting.

Required qualifications:

Complete necessary education to attain RN Licensure in state of California.Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year of Professional nursing experience.

Preferred qualifications:

1 year of Hospice Registered Nurse experience.
