Job Summary
The RN Graduate provides basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse (RN) in an acute care setting. This role is designed for newly graduated nurses who are transitioning into professional nursing practice. The RN Graduate delivers patient care, administers treatments, and supports patient education to promote recovery, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications
No prior RN experience is required; this role is intended for recent graduates of nursing programs.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Basic knowledge of nursing principles, patient care procedures, and safety protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment and respond to changing patient needs. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate documentation.Licenses and Certifications
Must be eligible for RN licensure in the state of employment. BCLS - Basic Life Support requiredINDUR
