With an average of 250 visits per day, this ED includes 49 beds and designated Psych and Fast Track areas. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:
Conduct patient care assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.Take primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision.Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.New Hire and Relocation Incentive eligible. Registered Nursing Degree from an Accredited School of NursingActive California RN licenseBLS, ACLS, PALS Healthcare Provider Certifications through American Heart AssociationTNCC certification1 year of experience in adult emergency servicesHave excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate positive behaviorsMust be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.Preferred Qualifications:
