Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **RN-Emergency Room (ER)** to work at a Facility in **Sylmar, CA.** These are _registry_ positions with our company. **Pay Rate:** $68 / hour *W2 **Shift Details:** + 12 hrs + Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed + Days, Nights Weekends and Holidays **Nursing Specialty:** + Emergency Room **Assignment Information:** Is currently in need of highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN) with a minimum of three (3) years of ER experience as an Emergency Room RN. RNs will be providing immediate, life-saving care to critically injured patients with complex trauma, often managing multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously, requiring advanced clinical skills, quick decision making, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. RNs will float within the assigned Facility; and/or from a Client Facility to another Client Facility as needed; and/or be scheduled to a Workweek assignment between Facilities as needed. **The requirements are:** + Ensure that profiles are submitted only for RNs who are fully committed to working an ER per diem assignment. + Required certifications include active RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, NIHSS Certification, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card(must be LA City), and proof of full COVID and seasonal Flu Vaccinations. + A valid and current RN license issued by the State of **CA** + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) + Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
