Your Role as an Electrophysiology RN:

As anElectrophysiology Registered Nurse, you will:

Coordinate and collaboratewith team members to prepare cases, organize rooms, and assist with setup and takedown before and after procedures.Circulate during procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Assist the anesthesiologist withanesthesia induction and intubation.Anticipate patient-specific needsduring cases and support the team during critical situations to ensure the best possible outcomes.Take alead role in patient care, including:Conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating progress toward expected outcomes.Taking primary responsibility for the care delivered by theCare Teamunder your supervision.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in nursingRegistered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.California Registered Nurse LicenseCurrent American Heart Association BLS ACLS provider certificationsAt least one (1) year recent RN experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

CCRN CertificationTwo (2) year of recent RN experience in a hospital acute care setting such as the ICU or Emergency DepartmentOne (1) year of recent RN experience in an Electrophysiology Lab or Cath Lab
