Your Role as an Electrophysiology RN:

As anElectrophysiology Registered Nurse, you will:

Coordinate and collaboratewith team members to prepare cases, organize rooms, and assist with setup and takedown before and after procedures.Circulate during procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Assist the anesthesiologist withanesthesia induction and intubation.Anticipate patient-specific needsduring cases and support the team during critical situations to ensure the best possible outcomes.Take alead role in patient care, including:Conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating progress toward expected outcomes.Taking primary responsibility for the care delivered by theCare Teamunder your supervision.
