**Responsibilities** **As our RN Service Line Educator, you will:** + **Design and deliver engaging educational programs:** Assess learning needs, develop curriculum, and conduct in-service training to ensure our staff possesses the skills and competencies required to meet regulatory standards, mitigate risks, and prioritize patient safety. + **Champion new talent:** Plan and direct orientation and residency programs for new perioperative personnel, fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment. + **Drive continuous improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance quality improvement initiatives and integrate these changes into our educational offerings. + **Collaborate and innovate:** Work alongside fellow educators to promote professionalism, reduce duplication of effort, and standardize best practices across the organization. + **Stay at the forefront:** Participate in clinical instruction and conferences, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise in your specialty area. **Qualifications** **What you'll bring to the table:** + Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree in a related field preferred. + Alternative Requirement: If you don't have a BSN but possess a combined total of at least four years of RN nursing and education/training experience in perioperative services, and are actively pursuing your BSN with a graduation date within six months of hire, we encourage you to apply! + Experience: Minimum of two years of RN nursing experience in a perioperative setting.
