The Registered Nurse Delegator (RND) is a guiding role within our organization and must work collaboratively with members of numerous company departments.  This is a part-time position that offers some flexibility with scheduling.  As our Registered Nurse Delegator (RND) you will ensure our compliance with DHS 83.37 (2)(e) requirements and conformity to s.N 6.03(3).  To be successful you will be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, supportive, and be able to effectively train and mentor staff in a client setting.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Provide training and mentorship to new hires on RN Delegated tasksReview protocols as related to RN Delegation tasks and additional tasks as assigned by HILObserve, evaluate, and document employee competency to successfully and safely administer RN delegated tasksDocument and maintain training evaluations utilizing company formsAdminister simulated training and reinforce training with in-person evaluations related to RN Delegated tasksConduct ongoing assessment and evaluation of RN Delegated tasks completed by employeesDemonstrate appropriate and professional interactions with clients who may exhibit physical or verbal behavioral outburstsConducts self in positive, respectful and collaborative manner demonstrating proactive actions to ensure supportive work environments with a focus on continued improvementThis position requires travel to our programs in Fort Atkinson, West Bend, Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Racine.

Qualifications:

Licensed Registered Nurse with current WI Licensure in good standingAssociates Degree or higher in NursingExperience in training provision and human services is preferredValid Wisconsin Driver’s license with insurance on a personal vehicleFlexibility with scheduleAbility to foster and maintain positive/supportive relationships between all disciplines and departmentsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsSuccessful completion of a caregiver background check
