\n\n\nPatient Population: Cardiac and Vascular: CHF, Immediate post-op heart bypass and valves (Cardiac Universal Bed model: Care for Telemetry, PCU, ICU and CV patients)
\n\n\nPatient Ratios: 1:4 (Tele); 1:3 (PCU); 1:2 (ICU); 1:1 (Immediate post-op) or unstable ICY patients connected to specialized devices
\n\n\nNumber of Beds: 20 beds
\n\n\nDepartment Specifics: Skills leveling, Caring for ICU Devices (Impella, IABP, CRRT, EKOS, lumbar drain); World renown surgeons, magnet hospital, active Unit Based Council.

\nAs a Seasonal RN, you align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, implement care plans. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment.

\n\nUsing good judgment and clinical reasoning, conduct thorough assessments following practice standards.\nIdentify patient and family needs, then develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans accordingly. Qualifications
\n\nSpecialized field of study should be nursing.\n2yr or more of RN experience.\nCardiovascular experience in PCU & ICU highly preferred.\nRN license.\nMust have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.\n
