Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **RN - Critical Care (NICU)** to work at a facility in **Sylmar , California.** These are _registry_ positions with our company. **Pay Rate:** $70 / hour *W2 **Shifts Available:** + Days, Nights Weekends and Holidays + 12 hours + Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed **Nursing Specialty:** + **Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)** **Qualifications:** + **Ensure that profiles are submitted only for RNs who are fully committed to working a per diem assignment.** + **Required certifications include active Registered Nurse license, AHA BLS/PALS, current AAP/AHA NRP and Advanced Fetal** **Monitoring certificate; MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City Fire), and proof of full COVID and seasonal Flu** **vaccinations.** + Ability to build rapport with patients + Compassionate and caring demeanor + Familiarity with medical terminology + CPR card issued by the American Heart Association + Must have up to date certification in the state of **CA** + MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) + Fire Card **Assignment Information:** In need of Registered Nurses (RN) with a minimum of recent one (1) year of Level III NICU experience as a NICU Critical Care RN providing clock care to premature and severely ill newborn infants residing in the NICU and providing support to families as needed. RNs will float within the assigned Facility; and/or from a Client Facility to another Client Facility as needed; and/or be scheduled to a Workweek assignment between Facilities as needed.
