Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + The Registered Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing direct nursing care by applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills, and for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational and professional standards. As a coordinator he or she will provide team leadership to enhance the station or unit flow and functioning You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + Graduate from an approved RN nursing program + Valid and current Texas RN license + Current BCLS through American Heart Association + 2+ years in a clinical area related to assigned department + Experience leading a team + Able to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population and for CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapy. CRT experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree + ACLS + 2+ years of ambulatory care. Prior supervisory experience + Specialty nursing certification is appropriate to specialty area assigned. Windows- based computer skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.23 to $61.15 per hour based on full-time employment.
