Are you a dynamic and experienced nurse leader ready to guide a high-performing Emergency Department through innovation, quality care, and compassionate service? Logan Health is seeking a Manager Clinical Nurse to join our Emergency Department leadership team. You’ll provide hands-on operational oversight, lead exceptional teams, and directly influence patient outcomes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Who You Are:
A licensed RN eligible to practice in Montana.
Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business preferred.
A nurse leader with 3+ years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.
Skilled in critical care (required) with Emergency Department experience preferred.
A self-starter with excellent communication, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Passionate about leading teams, inspiring excellence, and making data-driven decisions to improve care delivery.

What You’ll Do:
Provide day-to-day operational leadership and clinical oversight for our busy, 28-room Emergency Department.
Lead a multidisciplinary team with a focus on excellence in care, safety, innovation, and collaboration.
Oversee staffing, orientation, education, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
Drive initiatives for quality, safety, service recovery, and patient experience improvements.
Maintain compliance with regulatory, state, and hospital-wide nursing standards.
Monitor unit productivity, support fiscal accountability, and participate in strategic planning and budget development.
Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and growth through mentorship, collaboration, and engagement.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
