Logan Health is looking for an RN Clinical Manager to lead our dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Team! About our facility: Logan Health Behavioral Health (formerly Pathways Treatment Center) is located in scenic Kalispell, MT. We are a short drive to Glacier National Park, Flathead lake and two ski resorts. Our area offers an abundance of outdoor recreation at your doorstep and breathtaking mountain views. Our facility provides acute inpatient services for clients who have mental health or substance abuse issues. The 40-bed facility offers clinically effective treatment through the collaborative efforts of a team that includes psychiatrists, licensed therapists, psychiatric nurses, and mental health technicians. They should have clinical expertise in psychiatric or mental health care, a strong understanding of co-morbid disorders, and experience leading in outpatient, inpatient, or acute residential settings. Qualifications: + Current Montana RN License or multi-state compact license. + Minimum of three (3) years’ leadership experience required. + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred. + Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification is required. + Relevant specialty certifications are a bonus! + Minimum of two (2) years’ recent experience in one or more of the following specialty areas: + Critical Care (preferably in the emergency department) + Psychiatric or mental health + Strong knowledge of behavioral health protocols, safety standards, and patient care requirements. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. + Demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and develop staff. Your Role as a Leader As our RN Clinical Manager, you’ll embark on an exciting journey to: + Inspire and Empower: Lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and support. + Drive Strategic Initiatives: Implement operational changes that improve patient care and organizational success. + Champion Quality Care: Oversee clinical staff and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, maintaining high standards of patient interaction and care. + Build Connections: Develop relationships with team members and other departments to enhance communication and trust. ​ What you'll be doing: + Provide operational leadership for the assigned specialty program, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and professional excellence. + Oversee clinical staff management, including staffing, orientation, training, policy compliance, and performance evaluations. + Promote collaboration and mentorship, ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting nursing duties as needed. + Lead quality, risk, and safety initiatives, analyzing reports and implementing process improvements. + Ensure compliance with nursing regulations, policies, and best practices while assisting in policy development and staff training. + Manage productivity, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring appropriate staffing, equipment, and supply usage. + Participate in rounds and patient interactions, addressing concerns and maintaining a strong leadership presence. + Partner with Human Resources on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training initiatives. Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
