Job Overview Ebenezer's Aurora on France TCU is seeking a Registered Charge Nurse (RN)! This nursing role leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position demonstrates sound leadership skills through decision-making and decision making. They are responsible to supervise in compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies. This nursing schedules includes; 48 hours per two weeks Day shift Every other weekend Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned Minimum Associates RN Degree, BSN preferred One to three years experience required.
