What you'll need to qualify:

Registered Nurse3-5 years Case Management experience, hospital or community based. Valid RN License to practice in Georgia.Current BLS (American Heart Association required)BSN Required Masters preferred. Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.Ability to complete the orientation and training.
