Early start and a 10-week contract may be negotiable. This position is based in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in the heart of Central Washington—a beautiful rural community known for its agricultural roots, four distinct seasons, and abundant outdoor recreation opportunities. The Case Management department is currently undergoing growth and restructuring, and we are looking for a candidate with a strong case management skillset who is also willing to mentor colleagues and share industry best practices. A minimum of one year of experience in case management and discharge planning is required, along with proficiency in Cerner EHR.
