Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a weekend Home Health Case Manager RN that would be interested in an 13 Week, full-time contract opportunity at a long term care facility in Deerfield, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:
Position: HH RN – Case Manager
Location: Deerfield, IL
Pay Rate RN (Local): $50 – $53 (depends on experience)
Schedule:
Full Time Moonday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PMDuration:
13 Weeks (likely extension)Requirements:
2+ year of experience as Case Manager RN Experience with Home Health hospice, homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing facility experience Active Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required prior to start date.
