Spanning over a variety of counties in the South-Central PA area including Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, York, and Berks counties; the RN Attending will be expected to float to different Academic Practice Division (APD) Medical Group offices for daily/weekly work assignments. The APD-based offices range from General Primary Care to single or multi-specialty offices, so no two-day are alike! The Attending RN will be expected to triage patients, conduct Non-Stress tests, perform patient intakes, assist physicians with in-house procedures, and conduct a variety of Point-of-Care tests. Administrative duties are included that focus on continuing education for patients and monitoring the E-message pool to answer patient inquiries and conduct follow-up reporting. The ideal Attending RN for this position will be able to work within a team environment and independently. With each assignment, it will be expected that the Attending RN will meet not only the Contingency’s Pool expectations but also those of the assigned office.
