Split: 0900-2130 or 1100-2330, 3 (12 hr) shifts per weekEvery other weekend & rotating holidays2nd Shift: $5/hr differential3rd Shift: $7/hr differentialAlso receive $1.50/hr weekend differential
As an RN at MercyOne, you will
Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent patient care for all age groups requiring stabilization, and/or resuscitationAssessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practiceTriaging and prioritizing care needs; crisis intervention for unique patient populations (e.g., sexual assault survivors)Emergency operations preparednessAdherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by the ANAActive participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
Education:
General Requirements:

Pay Range: $32.25-$49.00
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
