We are looking for compassionate nurses(RN) or (LPN) who are interested in providing one on one, in-home care, to our wonderful patient who is a former Department of Energy worker and is now sick from his past job.  Our patient is located in Walworth, WI.  

 

 

Compensation: $2K Sign-On Bonus is offered with this position.  Our nurses are paid hourly and we are looking for full time.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled care to our patient(s) requiring professional nursing. Prepare documentation accurately, timely, and according to NCP policy. Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.

Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a RN required in the state of (WI). Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role. Registered Nurse with home health experience is preferred but not required. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured, in accordance with state and/or organization requirements, and in good working order. Must pass a pre-employment screening.
