The Children’s Health Center clinic is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to support our Pediatric Rheumatology Program. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents with autoimmune disease in the outpatient setting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide case management, including nursing services, patient teaching, coordination of medical authorization and referrals and follow-up nursing care Assessing patient’s regimen of care and streamline diagnostic and therapeutic treatment plans Discharge planning and outpatient care coordination Educate families on how to organize and administer medications, including subcutaneous injections Provide care plan oversight with physician specialists and participate in parent and patient education on managing autoimmune diseases, nutrition and preventive care Nurse coordinator for assigned California Children’s Services (CCS) Special Care Center

Salary Range: $62.43-$92.81 Hourly
