The role:
As a circulating RN, you’re the patient’s advocate in the OR. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, techs, and specialty staff to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality care. From prepping and positioning to documenting, teaching, and mentoring, you’ll be a key player throughout every case.
Our cases include:
Orthopedics (including total joints and MAKO robotics), general surgery and OB/GYN (including Da Vinci robotic procedures), ENT, urology, and endoscopy. We care for patients of all ages, including kids as young as two.

What you'll need:
RN licensure in Montana (or compact with MT authorization)
AHA BLS required; ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire
OR experience preferred, with at least 2 years strongly desired
CNOR certification a plus
Strong critical thinking, empathy, communication, and prioritization skills
A calm, confident presence in fast-paced situations
Shift:
Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)The schedule:
8-hour and 10-hour shifts are available. Call coverage is shared fairly, with approximately one weekend per month and 2 to 3 weeknights.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
