We’re looking for a night shift RN to provide expert care in a calm, supportive environment built on dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
About Brendan House:
For 40 years, Brendan House has been a cornerstone of skilled nursing in the Flathead Valley. Our 110-bed facility provides both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, adapting to the evolving needs of our community while staying rooted in personalized, resident-focused service.
What you’ll do:
Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process
Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions and overnight priorities
Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and effectively
Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ physical and mental status
Maintain high standards of infection control and resident safety
Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely, appropriate interventions
Collaborate with your night shift team to solve problems and ensure seamless care

What you’ll bring:
Current Montana RN license or compact license required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
CPR/BLS certification required (additional unit-specific certifications may be needed)
Strong clinical judgment, calm presence, and teamwork mindset
Passion for serving geriatric and complex care populations

Shift:
Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts)
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
