Logan Health Medical Center is looking for a skilled and compassionate Seasonal RN to join their Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team!

Our PCU specializes in caring for adult patients with complex conditions such as heart failure, arrhythmias, and respiratory issues. You’ll be at the forefront of post-operative cardiac care, handling heart catheterizations, pacemakers, and even post-day one open-heart surgeries. Your expertise will also extend to non-invasive respiratory support, sepsis, and kidney disease care.

Seasonal Position Details:
+ Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period
+ 15% Premium (Seasonal Premium)
+ Additional night and weekend shift differential pay
+ 401(k) Eligible

+ $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 30 days in position
+ $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 60 days in position
+ $2,000 Seasonal Completion Bonus

+ Provide goal-directed, individualized nursing care, using your clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
+ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
+ Educate patients and their families, serving as a vital link between them and the care team.
+ Respond quickly to changing patient conditions, working efficiently with the 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio designed for high-acuity care.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care unit is required, ensuring you are prepared for the demands of this specialized role.
Qualifications:
+ Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred.
+ Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar position.
+ Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care.
+ Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required as dictated by each practice/service line.
+ Additional certifications may be required as applicable to assigned area(s).

Shift:
Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts)
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
