Our 20-bed Critical Access Hospital is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our close-knit team in both Acute Care and the Emergency Department.

What You’ll Do

Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care in both acute and emergency settings

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across all age groups

Collaborate closely with providers, therapists, and other clinical staff

Respond to dynamic patient needs with calm, confidence, and clinical expertise

Cross-train in other care areas including outpatient or surgical services as needed

Document thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record

Help onboard and support new staff as part of our growing team

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited RN program

Current Montana RN license or compact license required

One year of experience in a hospital or similar setting preferred

Certifications required (or willingness to obtain within first year): BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC/ENPC

Strong critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills

A calm, capable, and compassionate presence – especially in rural emergency care
