Responsibilities The RN Program Coordinator supports the Center of Excellence (COE) programs to achieve and maintain accreditation. This role involves coordinating and providing patient care, overseeing program implementation and staff training, engaging in community outreach, and functioning as a patient advocate, educator, and counselor. Qualifications Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience• 5 years of relevant nursing experience in an acute care setting required• Experience in medical surgical hospital unit and/or nurse coordinator or similar position preferred Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required• Certified Nurse in area specialty preferred Disclaimers• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
