What You Will Do:

负责原材料仓库及液体罐区的现场安全管理；保证原料及液体料的及时装卸，按生产订单及时准确的转运原料；确保原材料、包材及液体原料的库存账实相符。参与制定SOP，并对团队进行培训根据每日的原料到货计划、生产上料计划有序安排现场作业负责现场安全管理，包括对员工进行安全培训，保障现场安全作业，排除现场安全隐患，调查现场安全事件，提升现场安全绩效等按公司规定组织公司月盘、季盘、中盘、年盘，并做原料库存差异分析报告保证原料、包材库存准确率在99.5%以上，并与系统数据账实相符评估考核现场人员作业效率，保证团队高效作业带领团队优化改进，精益管理

Minimum Qualifications:

化学专业大专及以上学历。5年以上化工企业危险品仓库及罐区管理经验，3年以上团队管理经验。熟悉SAP，且有使用经验。良好的沟通协调能力。责任心强，细心，有较强的逻辑能力。
