Reporting to – National Head – Government Coverage Roles and Responsibilities:
• Architect the strategy and tap the entire ecosystem opportunity across Government Business and engage with senior stakeholders, MSMEs. • Responsible for identification, develop & originate new relationships with the entire gamut of product pertaining to Government Departments • Handling Government Business for PAN India and leading the business development operations pertaining to those business
• Responsible for business generation and responsible for acquiring new client base. • Liasioning with top Government Officials & State Ministries to mobilise business and grow the book size pertaining to Government Business • Interacting with the Government Department’s various offices and its resources to mobilise and improve the Government Business across regions
Responsible for nurturing and deepening the relationship of the existing Government relationships.
• Focus on business landscape and experience in Program Management pertaining to various initiatives introduced by Government and State Ministries. Experience:
• Prior experience of around 4+ years in related to Government business preferably MSMEs ecosystem.
• Strong experience in Government business and interacting with officials.
• Bachelor degree is must. MBA / PGDM would be preferred.
• Excellent people management skills including leadership, development and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross functional teams
• Excellent communication skills multi language proficiency is an added advantage Competencies:
