业务洞察：定期挖掘区域市场、客户、竞争分析与洞察市场塑造：协助RSM建立跨部门合作机制，开展COE建设，制定一院一策，推动院内MDT体系搭建与协作市场执行：高质量落地中央活动，搭建及执行区域平台活动，传递疾病诊疗理念，扩大产品上市声量KEE管理：区域重点客户管理及诊疗观念提升销售支持：支持区域业务目标达成，支持专业化发展，提高学术性 (如组织销售3K培训和幻灯演讲)，同步洞察分析准入支持：支持区域政策塑造与市场准入部门协作：区域 DSL、MSL、销售、准入

任职要求：

全日制本科及以上，医学/药学等医药相关专业优先3-5年制药行业市场销售管理经验，兼具中央/区域市场经验者优先CVRM领域经验或特药背景者优先具备项目管理及专家管理经验，包括与第三方协会及Top KEE的合作经验
